The popup deal
Once, when the launch popup appears on this site, it offers 75% off: the Stage 1 Alpha for $24.75 in exchange for your email address. Give us the email and your $24.75 checkout link appears on the spot. Close the popup and the offer is gone forever. That is the whole mechanic, and it is real: one chance per visitor.

Stage 1 alpha opens Monday November 9, 2026 and runs through January 1, 2027. After January 1, the alpha terms close to new buyers and Stage 2 beta follows at a higher price.
What is in Stage 1 alpha
One license covers the whole Mafia line:
- MafiaCRM — the CRM hub. Campaign delivery through the shared MafiaSMTP and the automation engine are in the staged build now.
- MafiaSMTP — the shared sending layer the rest of the line sends through, with one suppression list every sender honors.
- MafiaForm — forms, with the form protection standard built in.
- MafiaCart — commerce for Joomla.
- MafiaSocial — the social desk and proof layer, tied into the CRM.
Terms on file
- Lifetime license term.
- 25 licensed sites.
- All Mafia products included.
- Soft licensing: licenses gate upgrades, existing installs do not get shut down.
- Alpha means early. Stage 1 builds ship as they clear the proving install.
Price
$99 — one payment, lifetime license, 25 sites, all Mafia products included.
Buy
Checkout runs through Stripe. One payment of $99 — no subscription, no recurring charge.

This is the running record of what shipped on JoomlaMafia. Newest first. If it is on this page, it was verified working, not just written.
2026-11-07: MafiaCRM staged build 2026.11.6.02
The staged MafiaCRM build carries campaign delivery through the shared MafiaSMTP, with the automation engine in the build. Opt out suppression and bounce recording were verified in isolated tests, including a kill and resume run with no duplicate sends.
Four follow up items are queued next: error shape and OpenAPI alignment, campaign schedule creation through the API, fixture SMTP tooling, and per field save on blur into CRM drafts.
2026-11-07: Mafia Display font family
The Mafia Display family, 13 styles made from the custom JoomlaMafia lettering, was reviewed and fixed. Name tables and style bits were corrected across all 13 styles, all 26 font files pass checks, and the MyFonts submission is in progress at a family price of $100.
2026-11-06: MafiaCRM API swarm, issues 1 to 6 closed
The MafiaCRM API went through a full swarm run: 346 checks, 305 passed. GitHub issues 1 to 6 were fixed in one commit and closed the same night. The fixes covered automation run cancel returning the wrong status, fleet snapshot validation order, contact status patch errors, JSON content negotiation, and OPTIONS requests returning server errors.
2026-11-03: The archive is back, and the roadmap went public
All 128 original JoomlaMafia articles were restored and published on the proving install with their original dates, running from 2008 through 2012. The public roadmap page went live on joomlamafia.com the same day.
2026-11-03: Gantry 6.0.2-rc.1
The first release candidate in the Gantry 6.0.2 line was published on GitHub, with its release notes public, including the benchmark result.
2026-11-02: Legacy suite, first wave all gates pass
Nine legacy JoomlaMafia extensions were ported to Joomla 6 and pass every gate on the proving install at version 2026.11.1: MafiaNotice, MafiaCheckedOut, MetaDescription, MetaKeyword, MafiaIcons Admin Notify, BootmarkAccess, HTML5AV, MafiaSearch and MafiaJAXSearch. Every one ships its own Web Services API and a shared registry entry. A port is not done because code exists. It is done when it installs and works.
2026-11-02: Gantry 6 theme g6_jmafia, and the Gantry announcement
The g6_jmafia theme was built on the Gantry 6 fork at version 6.0.0-alpha.1, carrying the g5_jmafia design forward: accent #CA0000, the JoomlaMafia lockup, the same look on modern code. Verified on the staging clone: homepage, How-To Guides, Blog, About and article pages all return 200 with no PHP warnings. The article "We Brought Gantry Back and Gave It an API" was published the same day.
2026-10-30: JoomlaMafia is back
The welcome post "JoomlaMafia Is Back" and the Contact page were published on the proving install. The archive restore started from here.

This is the project map for JoomlaMafia and the Mafia line. One side is finished. The other side is planned, with the windows padded on purpose. We would rather beat a date than chase one, so every window below has room built into it.
Finished
- The domain and the public site are back. joomlamafia.com is live with the Mafia line story, the lead form, and the Stage 1 alpha section.
- The archive is restored. All 128 original articles, published with their original 2008 to 2012 dates, on the proving install.
- Gantry 6 theme g6_jmafia is built and verified on the staging clone at 6.0.0-alpha.1, carrying the g5_jmafia design on the Gantry 6 fork.
- Gantry 6.0.2-rc.1 is published on GitHub with public release notes.
- Nine legacy extensions pass every gate on Joomla 6 at version 2026.11.1, each with its own Web Services API.
- MafiaCRM issues 1 to 6 are closed, fixed in one commit after a 346 check API swarm.
- MafiaCRM staged build 2026.11.6.02 exists, with campaign delivery through the shared MafiaSMTP and the automation engine in the build, verified in isolated tests.
- Mafia Display is fixed and verified: 13 styles, all 26 files pass, MyFonts submission in progress.
- The public roadmap page is live on joomlamafia.com since November 3, 2026. This page is the detailed version.
Planned
- Proving install updated to MafiaCRM 2026.11.6.02. Window: by the end of November 2026. The staged build exists today; the proving install gets it with backups first and counts verified after.
- The four queued MafiaCRM items filed and fixed: error shape and OpenAPI alignment, campaign schedules creatable through the API, fixture SMTP tooling, and per field save on blur into CRM drafts. Window: December 2026.
- Pipeline and funnel workflow surface on top of the automation runner that exists today. This is the GoHighLevel class stretch item. Window: January to February 2027.
- Suite interoperability pass. MafiaCRM, MafiaCart, MafiaSMTP, MafiaForms and MafiaSocial talking to each other through the shared registry, kept in sync by a small scanner that checks every few minutes. Social Desk, toaster pop ups and forms all tie into the CRM. Window: February 2027.
- Legacy Wave 2 ports (the 2013 set, including the Vanilla theme coming forward). Window: February 2027.
- WordPress port of MafiaCRM, supporting WooCommerce, FluentCart and MafiaCart through the same spine. A scaffold exists today. Window: March 2027.
- MafiaCart toward FluentCart parity on Joomla, where MafiaCart is the commerce system. Window: March to April 2027.
- Legacy Wave 3 ports (the 1.5 era rebuilds, dealership component last because its data migration is its own step). Window: April 2027.
- Stage 2 beta, after the alpha window closes. The beta price goes up from alpha. Window: February 2027 or later, set once alpha closes.
The alpha window
Stage 1 alpha sales run Monday November 9, 2026 through January 1, 2027. After January 1 the alpha terms close to new buyers. See the Alpha page for what is in it.
House rules
- Joomla 6+ only for new work.
- Testing before shipping. Everything proves on the proving install first.
- Every extension ships its own Web Services API and joins the shared registry.
- Mafia releases use CalVer: YYYY.M.P.
- Built complete. The important features are in the box.
- Soft licensing. Licenses gate upgrades. Existing installs do not get shut down.
