Yootheme - http://www.yootheme.com - Perfect showoff of Joomla template capabilities. Lightbox/Reflection/Fx.Slider/Carousel and many other Mootools effects all over these ones. Highly recommended.

Joomlabamboo - http://www.joomlabamboo.com - Many CSS driven templates. Some interesting mootools usage lately. Good for clean templates. Author is not afraid to try innovative concepts.
