How do I get this article to appear on the front page?

Are you kidding me? You can't figure out how to get the article to appear on the front page?!?!?!?! Do yourself a favor:

Well First Off, I guess I should congratualate you since you figured out how to make a new aritcle to be wanting it published on the front page..

But you didnt notice this little section?
